Through targeted proposal development and pipeline management, TLI successfully secured 4 out of 8 competitive bids, bringing in over $5.3 million in new funding.
Akoben LLC: Restorative Circle Process Design & Facilitation
Working as a subcontractor with Akoben, we designed and facilitated a year-long series of virtual restorative circles for an international non-profit experiencing organizational challenges during prolonged restructuring. Through 10 thoughtfully designed circles, we created safe spaces for staff voice and wellbeing while building emotional resilience during uncertainty.
Akoben LLC: Village of Champions Platform Development
Through thought partnership with Akoben's CEO, we transformed their vision of an online village community into a comprehensive platform with 130+ components, enabling Champions in restorative and relational practices to deepen their capacity while supporting others.
Stellar Health: Platform Migration & Brand Elevation
We helped Stellar Health migrate from WordPress to Wix while elevating their website design, content verbiage, and course materials for better brand cohesion.
